Shipping Origins

 

We work with more than one fulfillment partner, so delivery times vary depending on which product you order.

 

Steam Pet Grooming Brush: This item ships from our US warehouse. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 9 business days, with faster options available at checkout.

 

Silicone Pet Hair Remover and Stainless Steel Pet Deshedding Brush: These items ship directly from our supplier in China. Standard delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days. This shipping option is free, and includes tracking.

 

Order Processing

 

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days before they are handed to the carrier. Processing time is separate from the transit times listed above.

 

Multiple Items

 

If your order includes both a US-fulfilled item and a China-sourced item, they will ship separately and may arrive on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
